How do invites work?
Send an email to your teammate, they accept from the inbox, and they land in your restaurant dashboard with the role you chose.
What roles exist?
Owner, Manager, and Staff. Owners can do everything. Manager permissions are configurable (menu, Hotplate, reviews). Staff can prep drafts and check in from the floor.
Can one person belong to multiple restaurants?
Yes. The portal supports multi-location and multi-restaurant employment. The topbar switches identities instantly.
Is there a staff requests inbox?
Yes. If a staffer asks to join your restaurant, they land in your Requests inbox to approve or reject.
