Questions, answered

How long do Hotplates last?

As short as 15 minutes or as long as a day — the restaurant sets the window and the claim cap. Every card shows a live countdown.

Can I miss out if I don't redeem fast?

Yes. Hotplates are claim-capped. Once seats are gone or the timer hits zero, the card closes.

Do I pay in-app?

No — you 'Show interest' to help the restaurant plan, then walk in and pay the restaurant like normal. The Hotplate price is honored at the register.

Which neighborhoods are covered?

Currently Downtown, Old Market, Blackstone, Benson, Dundee, Midtown and more — we're Omaha-metro first and expanding street by street.
